game mode delivery safe?
  Game Mode (WoW)
You play either EU/US (official retail version) or on a private server (unofficial).
To check your game mode, click 'change realm' above your character screen (after you login) and take a look at 'tabs' (realms categorized by region or language), you will see:
EU: English, German, French, Spanish, Russian, Italian
US: United States, Oceanic, Latin America, Brazil

Alternatively you can login to Bnet and check your license or open (with Notepad) C:\World of Warcraft\WTF\Config.wtf and check the value of 'SET portal'.

When choosing a realm you have to consider:
- language that is spoken on /trade channel (official communication)
- your ping, you want to play with about 100 ms (or the lowest you can find)
- day/night hours (time zone), you want to be able to play during peak hours, not in middle of the night for most of your fellow players
- guild ranks/progression if you want to compete in PvE

It may take some time to research and test realms, but it is worth doing so before you invest time and effort into developing your character and/or relationships. High population realms are usually a safe bet in terms of number of players but they also have a drawback: during peak hours (especially after a new content is released), you may experience unplayable lags, server crashes or login queues that may last for hours.
  Account Share
100% hand done* - a human will be playing on your account (optionally you can buy a Live Stream).

Account access is required (our booster will play with your hero). Don't want to share? Check alternative!

REQUIRED INFORMATION:
- account's email/password
- account's name** but only if it isn't [wow1]
- character's class/level/name
- server/faction (Alliance or Horde)
- location for VPN: by default we will connect from the capital but you can also state the nearest big city and we will use it instead (if available), for USA please tell us your state

UNLOCKING
Upon our first login attempt, your account may get locked. This happens automatically when you login on a new device - it protects you from an unauthorized access. To unlock your account, you will need access to your email and/or mobile phone or Secret Answer (depending on your security settings). Don't worry, it will only take a minute, it's a standard procedure when sharing account access.
The authenticator cannot request code more than ONCE for the entire duration of the service (make it NOT on every login). It is encouraged to disable authenticator and/or SMS protection weeks prior to ordering the service, but it is not required.

BONUSES
- Gold and BOE items
- Reputation and special resources
- Collections (Pets, Toys, Transmogs and other)
None of these bonuses are guaranteed - it is just possible that you may get some or all of them.

ACCOUNT SHARE
- We require room for picking up the items so please make your inventory totally empty and/or prepare enough bag slots to complete the service. If you don't, we might unknowingly dispose of an item that is important to you, so please prepare free space yourself.
- Everything found during the service belongs to you and will stay on your character. Your resources (e.g. gold) will NOT be used with the exception of repairs, so make sure you have enough gold for these (especially for services that award little to no gold). ItemForge will not take, transfer, destroy or otherwise worsen your items, account or characters, equipment and in-game currencies or resources. After service is completed, you will have the same amount or more of everything (you also have the option to allow ItemForge to use your resources in order's comment, doing so may speed up the delivery).
- Flying & Riding skill requirements:
Retail: Flying (310% speed) is required for all services from older expansions (we do not require you to have flying unlocked in the current expansion).
Classic: 60% mount speed is required for all services that require 40+ character level.
TBC and newer expansions: [Flight Master's License] is required for all services that require 60+ character level.
- We may use in-game mail to send all sellable items to your other character (typically the one on the top of character selection screen) or create a bank mule on your account to sell items found during the service in the auction house (if service requires it).
- Unless otherwise specified in product description, service requires basic gear and DPS build so make sure your items are good enough to kill monsters on your character's level or provide enough gold so such items can be acquired.
- ItemForge will minimize all communications whilst playing with your character and all whispers and party invites will be ignored (unless otherwise specified by you).
- Do not login or change your password whilst service is being performed as it may endanger your account and/or make service slower or impossible. You can always check our progress by visiting the Armory or by replying to your order receipt email (we will update you within 24 hours). Scheduled Account Share will be added in the future.
- Make sure you have at least one friend list spot and one character slot available, otherwise we may need to remove one of your friends or characters.
- Stated delivery assumes you have only one character, ItemForge may use all of your alt characters to complete the service much faster (unless you object to this in order's comment). This is especially true for products with weekly cooldown and every alt may significantly reduce delivery time: e.g. 2 chars = 50% of the stated time, 3 chars = 33%, 4 chars = 25% etc.
- Your character/account will not be used to spam, steal, harass, cause grief or be involved in anything improper that may damage your reputation (ItemForge will only perform actions needed to complete the service your ordered).
- Estimated delivery time (especially for RNG products) is based on experience for similar services of that type and it depends on many factors e.g. luck, class or server you play on. Delivery doesn't include time it takes you to unlock your account (service will start within 24h after unlocking but usually within a few hours). Delivery is presented in business days but we often complete it within described amount of calendar days.
- Create a character you want boosted yourself - we may not be able to create it for you, which will delay the service.
- Make sure you have purchased and activated all required game licenses (expansions) and have enough gametime for the duration of service(s) you ordered.
- Delivery may be slower if you are locked (saved) to the required instance or have any other cooldown/limit present (delivery will be increased by the time it takes to reset). This also includes any and all daily/weekly quest/event limits.
- Products that can be learned 'on right click' may be delivered either as an item that you can 'click to learn' yourself or as an already learned spell/effect which is a result of that action.
- It is your responsibility to change and protect password and/or any other login information after service is completed.
- Screenshots of your inventory and bank will be taken before and after the service. We suggest you do the same in case of any issues.
- If you have any pending in-game mail in your mailbox on any of your characters, please pick it up or it may expire (be automatically deleted) during the service.
- Upon completion, your character(s) will be parked (located) where farming took place (booster will log out as soon as deliverables are met), also note that your hearthstone may be set to a different location.
- Some services are nearly impossible to do on high population or PvP realms due to enormous competition. We may ask you to transfer your character to a less populated realm for the duration of the service.

* Your account's safety is the most important thing for us and nothing will be done to endanger it (a VPN will be used). ItemForge guarantees that Account Share described as performed by a human being (e.g. "Hand Played", "Hand Done" or "ByHand") will be done without the use of any third party (unofficial) software, applications or scripts (this includes: multi-boxing, maphack or anything that automatically controls your character like a bot or an automated rotation).

  Transfer - Alternative to Account Share
The most difficult and time consuming grinds can take months or even years. Don't want to share your account with us? No problem - most rewards can be obtained via character/acc transfer without giving us access to your primary WoW account!
You have two choices: create new Bnet account (the same registration details as your main) or add a second WoW license to your main account. In either case you will be able to play all day on your main account, whilst service is being performed on another.
Please note that you may need to provide (or pay for) a high level char on a second account as most services require a certain character level. This may be accomplished by temporarily transferring one of your alts and then moving it back to your main account.

If you want to use any of these methods, simply prepare the account for us, then notify us about this delivery method and share login details as you normally would.
Because WoW is constantly changing, we can't guarantee that any of those methods will work once service is finally finished, which could be a year from now for some of the longest grinds, but these delivery methods have been stable for over a decade (no nerfs, only buffs) so they should always work.
To maximize the potential of additional accounts and gametime, we recommend purchasing more of 'transfer products' at the same time. If service you want takes 1-2 years to complete, you can get a great bargain on rare collectables with slow delivery method!

SECOND WOW ACCOUNT (FOS, achievements, collectables, legendary, endgame gear, reputation, leveling)
This method will work with nearly all products as most of collectable cosmetics are account-wide. Simply add another license to your account (WoW2) and share login info with us. Upon service completion, all rewards will be available immediately on all of your WoW licenses.
You may also purchase something like exalted reputation or legendary and then transfer back that character to your main account - it's char transfer between accounts on the same Bnet.
Pro tip: if you create character with the same name on the destination server, you will get a free rename after transfer. You can use this to hide your true nickname whilst we are playing your char.

There are restrictions:
- Some rewards (e.g. soulbound items) are bound to the specific character and you can't get them on your main character without giving us access to it. You can however temporarily transfer that char to the second account and then transfer it back (share char, not the account).
- You can't change your password and likely need to modify or disable authenticator as those affect all accounts within one Bnet.
- If you have too many WoW licenses on your account, don't worry. Upon your request, game support can remove useless accounts.
- You will need to pay for gametime and possible character transfer/leveling yourself (for your own safety).

SECOND BNET ACCOUNT (some FOS, collectables, legendary, endgame gear, reputation, leveling)
This method is for people who don't want to share anything. It can be used for soulbound items and items that are consumed (learned) when right-clicked.
Create new Battle.net account (with the same registration details as your main) and we will perform service there. Once finished, you need to transfer 'mule' character or the entire account to your main Bnet (it's char/acc transfer between two Bnet accs). Upon completing the transfer and right-clicking or equipping the item(s), all account-wide collectable rewards will be available for your main via collections.
For services that offer only this delivery method, we will create and pay for the second Bnet account ourselves.

There are restrictions:
- Some rewards (e.g. achievements) are bound to Bnet account rather than a char and will not transfer, so only the 'second WoW account' method will work with these. You can still get many FOS which are awarded for consuming a collectable or equipping legendary.
- Extra Bnet account must have the same registration details as your main, making a typo in your name may cause problems.
- Described extra rewards are not guaranteed as they may or may not transfer with your character.
- You will need to pay for gametime and character/account transfer yourself (for your own safety).
  Boost (Self Play)
Self Play - you play with your hero (no account sharing).

REQUIRED INFORMATION:

All you need to do is accept friend request, then accept party invitation and follow instructions from email or product's description.

BOOSTING
- Make sure that your character level is the same or higher than the one described on product page, you are not locked (saved) to appropriate instance and that you unlocked any and all attunement(s).
- Friend request will be sent when booster is available (after you confirm that you are ready via email). You will be presented with at least one delivery window of minimum 60 minutes plus duration of the service, within specified delivery time.
- Make sure your status is set to 'available' so we can send you a party invite.
- You must have enough time to complete the Boost (including possible delays), preferably in 1 gaming session with little to no breaks.
- You will need to follow simple instructions (English only) given in-game (e.g. come, follow, accept event). "Come" means that you need to travel to the location of the booster who wrote it. For your safety and convenience, ItemForge does not offer customer support via in-game channels, please do not ask any questions during delivery.
- You are expected to understand how the service works and what you need to do before it begins (please read product's description and if in doubt - contact customer support). If you are not sure what to do or don't want to risk failing the objective(s), we suggest sharing account. Boost only presents you with an opportunity to get the benefits, it is up to you to claim the reward(s) - to participate (or not), e.g. follow booster or loot the items dropped.
- Every Boost product has an option to be performed as Account Share. If no such option is available, you can request conversion of Boost into Account Share with the same deliverables, free of charge.
- In case of most services, you can get benefits of the Boost (loot items dropped) by staying dead in the same area where monster is killed. Never leave that area (release spirit) unless you were clearly instructed to do so or understand that it may prevent you from looting the items dropped, whilst you were not present on the map.
- Boost services, containing phrases like "time required to prepare" in product's description, are about delivering certain conditions, which are prepared without your in-game presence (you are invited later, to benefit from it). After you agree to a specific delivery time via email (in "hours from now" format to make it simple and to avoid any time zone confusions), you must join within that specified time frame to collect the rewards. Boost is considered as successfully delivered even if you do not join within that time frame. ItemForge does not guarantee prepared conditions to last longer than described (time frame is 30 minutes, unless otherwise specified in product's description).
- You may be required to create a new character on a server/faction you normally don't play on (most cosmetics are account-wide).

  Account
ItemForge guarantees that original owner (creator) will never reclaim (take back) the account.

After purchase we will change email of the account to the one you specify (make sure it is not used for any account) and then you will receive account's details via email, typically it will be:
- Login/Password
- Secret Answer
- Full Name
- Birth Date
- CD-Key(s) used

Account may not have any gametime left.
  Trade
Self Play - you play with your hero (no account sharing).

REQUIRED INFORMATION:
- battle#tag (face2face delivery) and/or character's name/server/faction (ingame mail delivery)


Only BOE (bind on equip) items can be traded.
You will receive item via in-game mail system (it will arrive in about 1 hour after you receive delivery confirmation email).

For some trades, friend request will be sent when Trader is available (after you confirm that you are ready at specified location via email). You will be presented with at least one delivery window of minimum 30 minutes, within specified delivery time.
All you need to do is accept friend request, then accept party invitation and receive ordered goods (accept trade). For your safety and privacy we will not talk to you ingame (unless you initiate it). If you have any questions, please contact us outside the game.

  Currency
Self Play - you play with your hero (no account sharing).

World of Warcraft currency has always been Gold.
We deliver WoW gold via Guild Bank (you withdraw from Guild Vault) or via Auction House (we buy item you posted).
  Patch Day / New Expansion
NEW EXPANSION
Basic services are usually available for purchase before expansion goes live. Multi-tier services which require many geared accounts or a lot of research become available after a few days or weeks. We will be adding and updating new products every day, please use 'Expansion' filter to browse new products.
You can also pre-order any service before expansion's start date and be among the first to receive it.

PATCH DAY
Delivery may be delayed during the first 2 weeks after every patch, game crashes/disconnects/lags/queues are not uncommon, especially on highly populated realms.

  Private Servers
We offer services on all unofficial private servers.
By default we deliver services as Account Share but you can also buy some products as Boost - Self Play or Trade.

Beside information required depending on delivery method, we additionally require:
- name of your server and URL of the site
- any other relevant information/instructions required to complete your order

Please remember:
- Make sure that we can achieve what you ordered (it's not bugged) and that drop rates/difficulty/method is not worse than it used to be in official WoW during that expansion - otherwise purchase product multiple times to match estimated work required e.g. low amount of players equals long PvP queues, which makes PvP farming much more time consuming. If product is achieved in a different way than official WoW but with similar difficulty, you need to provide us with a guide or pay extra.
- If your server benefits from increased experience rates or similar modifiers (nerfs) which make farming much faster and you want to save some money, you can use our day of playing service but we do not guarantee reaching your expected results.
- If English version of the game cannot be used, make sure to provide us with all relevant information/guide that we will need to complete your order, such as translated dungeon/raid names so we can use LFR.
- Our products are made for the latest official patch of each expansion (the one before pre-patch). If your server is on an earlier stage then our deliverables will be adjusted accordingly (e.g. lower item level).
- We may need around 24 hours to set up our WoW before we can login to your account.
