Carin Shard

Carin Shard is a wand intended for Summonmancer due to its +2 to Summoning Skills bonus. It also gives 10% FCR, 30% FHR and Life/Mana bonuses that grow with every character level.
Petrified Wand is an exceptional unique so it can be upgraded to Ghost Wand (elite), which will have higher damage but also higher requirements.
