This version of Arreat's Face is from patch 1.08 (2001) and is only obtainable through trade (it doesn't drop from monsters anymore).
Arreat 08 spawned with +% MaxDmg / -15% Target Defense / +25% ED, unlike newer version which instead spawns with All Res +30 / 30% FHR / 20% AR.
