Enigma of Duress (EOD) is a combination of non-rune stats from first runeword and bonuses from runes of the second one, so here you have non-rune stats from Enigma runeword and bonuses from Shael / Um / Thul runes.
EOD MP has only 47 lvl req, while regular Enigma MP has 65.
