This runeword can be made only on Ladder but it is obtainable on Non-Ladder via trade because all Ladder characters convert to NLD after reset. There are no Ladder-only runewords in D2R, you can make everything on NLD.

	Dream grants level 15 Holy Shock when equipped (Paladin aura usable by any class). It adds 1-648 lightning damage to your physical attacks (+60 per level) and periodically zaps enemies within 13 yards (+0.65 per level) for 1-108 lightning damage (+10 per level). Two Dreams equipped at the same time will stack and create level 30 Holy Shock aura.
	Dream grants 10% chance to cast level 15 Confuse when struck (Necromancer curse usable by any class). It lasts for 10-38 seconds over 13 yards area and makes monsters attack each other, greatly increasing your survivability (they will tank for you). It works similarly to Attract curse and both can be used at the same time.

Vortex has the highest defense overall but also the highest Strength required (148) among all Paladin shields.
