Ethereal Reaper's Toll is a popular unique polearm for Act 2 merc. Reaper has 33% Deadly Strike, 11-15% Life Leech and Ignore Target's Defense mod but the best property is 33% chance to cast Decrepify. It will reduce monster's physical resistance (or remove phys immunity), greatly enhancing your (merc's) damage.
Ethereal items used by a mercenary do not lose durability and have 50% more damage.
