Bloodsail Buccaneers are an enemy pirate faction at war with Steamwheedle Cartel. This faction is a part of 'Insane in the Membrane' achievement (FoS) which requires you to reach Honored status with Bloodsail Buccaneers.
Raising reputation with Bloodsail Buccaneers will drasctily lower your reputation with Steamwheedle Cartel, meaning you will most likely become hated with Ratchet, Gadgetzan, Everlook and Booty Bay.
You can check our Steamwheedle Cartel product to raise the reputation back up without affecting your status with Bloodsail Buccaneers (you can be Exalted with both).

Note: Bloodsail Buccaneers reputation starts from Hated (unless you already raised it).
