Site or Email Issues and Bugs
You will get an automated email once you place an order and manual order confirmation email once we start working on it. We typically process orders within 30 minutes during online hours.
If you don't see your order placement email or updates, please check your spam folder and whitelist our domain. If this doesn't help, check or ask us if you didn't mistype your email during checkout. If you indeed mistyped your email then unfortunately we can't correct it or connect your purchase to another email. You can however contact us and request order updates to be sent to the correct email. Your order number is always the same as invoice ID, which you can check via PayPal.
Site updates may cause your Cache/Cookies to corrupt and you may experience design issues such as not loading elements, broken layout or stuck checkout/cart.
Please clear your Cache and press ctrl+f5 or restart your browser. If this doesn't work then you may also need to delete your Cookies or use a different browser (we recommend Chrome). Be aware that if you don't choose to delete Cookies only for itemforge.com and delete all of them, then you will be logged out from all other sites as well!
If site still doesn't work properly then please contact us and provide info about the bug you are experiencing, specifically what you did step by step so we can reproduce it. We always award store credit or bonus items/services to the first person who reports a major site issue.
Most Browsers allow you to clear Cache/Cookies after clicking SSL padlock near site address bar, if that doesn't work then check our instruction for each Browser below.
