Call to Arms (CTA) is the best pre-cast weapon for Paladin because beside giving a huge bonus to life and mana, it also boosts Pala skills.
It is used as a second weapon set (switch) to gain two shouts, which normally are only available to Barbarian:
- Battle Command (+1 to all skills)
- Battle Orders (+35-92% to life/mana, based on shout's level - e.g. if you have 1000 life you will get up to 1920!)
Both shouts have about 3 min duration and should always be active on your character so it is worthwhile to keybind them (e.g. F4 Command, F5 BO, F6 Holy Shield as you should always cast BC first).
BO's level is only increased by items giving 'to all skills' - maximum level is 20 and only Barbarians can go higher.
Possible bases: War Scepter, Divine Scepter or Caduceus.
