This gear guide is for Diablo 2 Classic. You can convert your character to Lord of Destruction (LoD) but there are better unique items and runewords available in the expansion.
We recommend bringing alt BO Barb with you whilst farming (using second D2) to get 125% more Life and Mana.

This gear will kill groups of non-immune monsters and Diablo extremely fast in Hell games. When playing solo, you should farm Cows. You may also request Poison Java build and farm Hell Travincal or Flayer Jungle in Act 3.
You may request different items, as long as they are priced similarly.
