Warshrike (ETH)

Ethereal Warshrike is a throwing weapon with 50% Deadly Strike, 25% chance to cast Nova and Piercing Attack, which gives a chance to pass through enemies and hit those behind.
Warshrike replenishes its quantity so it will be very difficult to destroy it with a thoughtful use (you can also buy two and switch between them, to give them time to recover).
Ethereal items have 50% more damage.

This item can drop only on Ladder but it is obtainable on Non-Ladder via trade because all Ladder characters convert to NLD after reset. There are no Ladder-only items in D2R, you can find everything on NLD.
