All you need to do to defeat your opponent in Player vs Player duel is to hit him once with Rabies, switch weapons and run away. This is especially useful vs Barbarians and other high health tanky builds, they will very quickly go down to 1 Life.
You may request different items, as long as they are priced similarly.

	Bramble grants level 15-21 Thorns when equipped (Paladin aura usable by any class). It gives 810-1050% damage returned to the melee physical attackers (+40% per level), it has 1/8 effectiveness in PvP.
	Bramble grants 33 charges of level 13 Spirit Of Barbs (Druid minion usable by any class). It gives 290% damage returned to the melee physical attackers, it has 1/8 effectiveness in PvP.
	Grief grants 35% chance to cast level 15 Venom on striking (Assassin buff usable by any class). It lasts for 3 minutes and adds 305-325 poison damage over 0.4 seconds to your physical attacks. It will have 100% uptime.
	Call to Arms (CTA) grants +1-6 to Battle Orders (BO) (Barb shout usable by any class). At level 1-20 it gives +35-92% to life/mana (+3% per level) and lasts for 35-225 seconds (+10 per level). This is one of the most powerful items in Diablo 2 and almost every build should use it.
	Call to Arms (CTA) grants +2-6 to Battle Command (BC) (Barb shout usable by any class). It gives '+1 To All Skills' and lasts for 25-205 seconds (+10 per level). This shout will increase Battle Orders (BO) level so cast BC first.
	Rainbow Facet (Poison RBF) grants 100% chance to cast level 23 Venom when you level-up (Assassin buff usable by any class). It lasts for 3 minutes and adds 500-520 poison damage over 0.4 seconds to your physical attacks.
	Rainbow Facet (Poison RBF) grants 100% chance to cast level 51 Poison Nova when you die (Necro skill usable by any class). It deals 1868-1909 AOE poison damage over 2 seconds.
