5 Socket Swords (Eth + Tir + Lo + Mal + Ral)
It doesn't look as impressive as ethereal 400% damage weapons but looks can be deceiving. Grief is one of the highest damage weapons in the game because of the way damage is calculated (it provides enormous bonus to +damage).
Barbarian can wear two-handed swords in one hand and also dual wield them.

This runeword can be made only on Ladder but it is obtainable on Non-Ladder via trade because all Ladder characters convert to NLD after reset. There are no Ladder-only runewords in D2R, you can make everything on NLD.

Grief grants 35% chance to cast level 15 Venom on striking (Assassin buff usable by any class). It lasts for 3 minutes and adds 305-325 poison damage over 0.4 seconds to your physical attacks. It will have 100% uptime.
