Prefix will always be Argent, suffix* will depend on your choice.
For LLD prefix will be Silver (+41-60 To Attack Rating).

of Fervor: +15% Increased Attack Speed
of Freedom: -15% Requirements
of Truth: +7% Faster Hit Recovery
of Virility: +7-9 To Strength
of Daring: +7-9 To Dexterity
of Hope: +10-20 To Life
of Bliss: +5-10 To Minimum Damage
of Carnage: +11-15 To Maximum Damage

Jewel's color will be random: (blue), (green), (red), (white/yellow), (pink/purple) or (orange/peach).
You may request specific color in checkout comment but if you want it guaranteed, then you need to pay double (buy 2 jewels to get 1 of the chosen color).

Perfect jewel might be unpermed (duped), it means you must use it (insert inside a socket) as soon as you receive it - in the very first game you join with a mule. If you leave the game without using the jewel, it may disappear so please prepare item(s) with socket(s) before buying. Putting jewel inside the item will make it last forever.

You can remove what's inside a socket in Horadric Cube, by adding Hel rune and Scroll of Portal but you will lose whatever you inserted. There is no way to 'unsocket' - can only empty it by deletion.
