Smiter Uber (Economic)

Economic Smite Pala equipment without character (account), merc, jewels or charms. You can quickly purchase them by checking recommendations below the description.

If you receive Black, you need to socket your gear with two 15% IAS jewels and if you get Heaven, you need 35% IAS from the gear (e.g. Shael in the weapon + one jewel in armor or helm) in order to attack with the fastest speed. You will also need to get charms with resistances (at least fire/light).

Equipment is built using cheap (low budget) alternatives to elite items. Runewords are limited to low runes, unique/set items are usually from normal/nightmare (normal/exceptional) and there are no expensive endgame items like Grief or CoH.
Smiter needs to use elite Paladin shield to deal maximum Smite damage. All of them deal 46-46.5 average damage whilst exceptional shields only half of that.

Gear deals about 90% damage, compared to standard (Bronze) gear with clean charms and you should be able to solo Ubers without much trouble. You will have similar offensive ability but less than half of the usual protection so you need to play well.

	Black grants 12 charges of level 4 Corpse Explosion (Necromancer skill usable by any class). It will explode monster corpse dealing AOE damage within 4 yards area for 70-120% of corpse life (50% fire and 50% physical damage).
	Dracul's Grasp grants 5% chance to cast level 10 Life Tap on striking (Necromancer curse usable by any class). It lasts for 37 seconds and heals you for 50% of physical damage done, which makes you invincible vs bosses as long as you keep attacking a cursed target. It has limited effectiveness when used with ranged attacks.
