Stormeye is a scepter which may be useful for Paladins that use lightning skills. It provides +1 to FoH and +3 to Holy Shock. Upgraded exceptional version of this item is highly recommended because it will have much more damage and very similar level required.
War Scepter is a normal unique so it can be upgraded to Divine Scepter (exceptional) and then to Caduceus (elite), which will have higher damage but also higher requirements.
