Full level 60 (old legacy) Tal Rasha set for Wizard (5/5 items): armor, amulet, source, belt, helm.
Original (first version) legacy items can't drop since patch 1.04 (21.08.2012), which makes them very rare now - definite collector's item.
It was found before ROS expansion release (before all items became account bound) so it can still be traded.

(4) Set: Adds 3% to Cold damage.
