After enchanting and spending Paragon points, Platinum-VIP gear will grant the following bonuses:
50-60% CDR (Cooldown Reduction, high uptime on defensive abilities and reduced cooldown of nukes)
30-35% RCR (Resource Cost Reduction, use more resource-spenders before 'running out of mana')
80-160% AD (Area Damage, your attacks will splash on all monsters around, greatly increasing AOE damage)
10-34% AS (Attack Speed, how many attacks per second you can perform)
10-20k LoH (Life on Hit, your ability to quickly recover lost life by hitting monsters)
