- Base of Atiesh, 100% drop from C'thun final boss in the Temple of Ahn'Qiraj if you have the quest.
- Staff Head of Atiesh, 100% drop from Kel'Thuzad final boss in Naxxramas if you have the quest.
- Atiesh summoned and defeated.
