Spectral Steed (Alliance) / Spectral Wolf (Horde) and Drake of the West Wind mounts are obtained from the quartermaster for special currency when Exalted with the faction.
Spectral Steed (Alliance) / Spectral Wolf (Horde) mount converts to its counterpart for the opposite faction so you will get both versions (your total Collections number will increase by one).
[Rustberg Gull] and [Fox Kit] are available as part of the pet pack in another offer (check 'alternative products').
